She is the woman you must spy on and figure out why she's been so far behind on her latest fashions and designs. Her only appearence is in Danger by Design.

Minette is a crazy, but fashion-savvy young woman who has recently been falling dangerously behind on her almost-due designs. Minette is capable and prone of powerful and rather dangerous tempur tantrums. She is extremely impatient, and if you don't make her tea right, don't buy the correct items she asks you, or even think about talking to her while she works, you will have a greater chance of being fired.
