Ezra Wickford was the inventor of chocolate milk, and he built Wickford Castle in 1920. Ezra adopted Dexter Egan but he eventually disowned him after he had criminal conduct. He became the caretaker of the castle until it was passed to Cristi Lane and then made into a hotel and ski resort.
